The resources becamethe input is operasional costs, internet network, the number of proffesorhod doctor andprofessor title, amount of educational worker, laboratory and library, while the outputare non academic student achievement, averoal of GPA graduates and averoal GPAwhen graduated.The result of analysis using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method for during fouryears (2010-2013) shows that in general faculty of social sciences in UNDIP hasproduced output efficienthy indicated with the number of efficienthy is one. Howeverthere is on faculty that have not efficient yet, that is economics and business becauses thecost operational is to high and non academic student achievement is still low

Implementasi Penyusunan Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Berdasarkan Pasal 4 Ayat (1) Dan (2) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 97 Tahun 2000 Jo Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 54 Tahun 2003 Tentang Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil

Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis membahas mengenai Implementasi Penyusunan Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil Berdasarkan Pasal 4 Ayat (1) dan (2) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 97 Tahun 2000 Jo Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 54 Tahun 2003 Tentang Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi dengan peran Pegawai tidak tetap menyebabkan ketidak sesuaian dengan analisis kebutuhan dan penyediaan Pegawai sesuai dengan jabatan yang tersedia di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana Implementasi Penyusunan Formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil, kendala serta upaya untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Dalam upaya mengetahui implementasi penyusunan formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil, kendala dan upaya terhadap penyusunan formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil maka metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis empiris, mengkaji dan menganalisa permasalahan yang ditetapkan secara yuridis dengan melihat fakta empiris secara obyektif. Kemudian, seluruh data yang ada di analisa secara deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan yang ada, bahwa Sosialisasi penyusunan formasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil masih kurang untuk menyikapi fakta-fakta tersebut diatas maka pemahaman terhadap satuan kerja perangkat daerah dilakukan BKD (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah)

Dinamização do desenvolvimento agro-florestal e rural dos baldios da Serra da Gardunha

O concelho do Fundão é fortemente marcado pela da Serra Gardunha. A sua importância regional a nível climático e hídrico é notória e o património natural e histórico que encerra, bem como o valor das actividades económicas que se desenvolvem nas suas encostas, particularmente as agro-florestais, fazem desta formação montanhosa um dos recursos concelhios da maior importância. O território da Serra inclui terrenos de titularidade, vocação e aproveitamentos diversos. Mantendo alguns dos usos uma certa vitalidade que infelizmente não se reflecte a nível demográfico. Os distintos aproveitamentos que actualmente se fazem da serra não estão articulados nem submetidos a nenhum sistema integrado de gestão territorial, pelo que se torna urgente promover a articulação dos modelos de gestão de usos existentes com as necessidades suscitadas pelos usos emergentes deste território. Uma das vias a privilegiar será a implantação de processos de gestão do território que incluam, se necessário, a criação de uma estrutura institucional integradora, que permita atingir múltiplos objectivos de produção de bens e serviços e de desenvolvimento local, com base na participação e expectativas dos agentes e populações envolvidas. No âmbito da Acção 8 – Dinamização do Desenvolvimento Agro-florestal e Rural, inserida na Medida AGRIS, a Câmara Municipal do Fundão, a Direcção Regional de Agricultura da Beira Interior e a Escola Superior Agrária de Castelo Branco constituíram uma parceria, no sentido de unirem esforços para o desenvolvimento do projecto “Dinamização da Gestão dos Baldios da Serra da Gardunha”.AGRIS n.º 2004400029098 / Acção 8 – Dinamização do Desenvolvimento Agro-Florestal e Rural dos Baldios da Serra da Gardunh

Engineering crystal structures with light

The crystal structure of a solid largely dictates its electronic, optical and mechanical properties. Indeed, much of the exploration of quantum materials in recent years including the discovery of new phases and phenomena in correlated, topological and two-dimensional materials—has been based on the ability to rationally control crystal structures through materials synthesis, strain engineering or heterostructuring of van der Waals bonded materials. These static approaches, while enormously powerful, are limited by thermodynamic and elastic constraints. An emerging avenue of study has focused on extending such structural control to the dynamical regime by using resonant laser pulses to drive vibrational modes in a crystal. This paradigm of ‘nonlinear phononics’ provides a basis for rationally designing the structure and symmetry of crystals with light, allowing for the manipulation of functional properties at high speed and, in many instances, beyond what may be possible in equilibrium. Here we provide an overview of the developments in this field, discussing the theory, applications and future prospects of optical crystal structure engineering

PENETAPAN KADAR CEMARAN LOGAM MERKURI PADA KERANG DARAH YANG DIPERJUALBELIKAN DI PASAR IKAN CEMARA MEDAN MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROFOTOMETER SERAPAN ATOM

Masuknya merkuri ke dalam tubuh biota laut seperti kerang darah berawal dari masuknya buangan industri yang mengandung merkuri ke dalam badan perairan laut karena adanya proses biomagnifikasi yang bekerja di lautan. Merkuri pada kerang darah akan berpengaruh terhadap fisiologi manusia yang mengkonsumsinya yaitu gangguan pada sistem pencernaan, ginjal, terhadap sIstem syaraf dan dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kerang darah yang berasal dari Pajak Ikan Cemara medan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode spektrofotometer serapan atom dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kadar logam merkuri pada kerang darah apakah sudah memenuhi syarat ketentuan SNI Nomor 7387 tahun 2009 tentang batas maksimum cemaran logam berat dalam pangan adalah 1,0 ppm. Dari 5 (lima) sampel yang diperiksa diperoleh hasil sampel K1 : 2,24 ppm, K2 : 2,43 ppm, K3 : 2,42 ppm, K4 : 2,49 ppm, dan K5 : 2,47 ppm tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang tertera pada SNI yaitu 1,0 ppm

ANALISA KADAR ASAM LEMAK BEBAS PADA MINYAK JELANTA YANG DIPERJUALBELIKAN PADA PENJUAL GORENG DI KECAMATAN MEDAN HELVETIA SECARA ALKALIMETRI

Minyak goring merupakan kebutuhan pokok yang digunakan dalam memasak sebagai media penghantar panas pada proses penggorengan yang akan memberikan cita rasa yang lebih lezat, dan aroma serta penampilan makanan yang lebih menarik. Kerusakkan minyak goreng sering dijumpai karena suhu penggorengan yang tidak terkontrol dengna baik sehingga menyebabkan minyak terhidrolisis dan teroksidasi. Salah satu parameter terpenting dalam pengukuran kerusakkan minyak adalah penentuan kadar asam lemak bebas (FFA). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kadar asam lemak bebas pada minyak goreng curah yang digunakan oleh para penjual gorengan di sekitaran wilayah kecamatan medan Helvetia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode titrasi alkalimetri. Dari hasil penelitian minyak goreng sebelum penggorengan dengan kode sampel (A1, B1, dan C1) sudah memenuhi syarat mutu minyak goreng, dan minyak goreng sesudah berulang hingga empat kali penggorengan dengan kode sampel A2, A3, A4, A5, B2, B3, B4, B5, C2, C3, C4, C5 juga masih memenuhi syarat mutu minyak goreng sesuai SNI 7709:2012 yaitu maksimal 0,30%. Pengelolaan Kesan Seorang Gay di Kota Pekanbaru

The phenomenon of homosexuality is a social phenomenon that can't be denied the existence constituted as a reality in society and mixed reactions that vary in the surrounding environment. In general, people refer to homosexuals as a group of people who have an interest in feeling, both predominantly or exclusively to people of the same sex, with or without physical connections. Though admittedly or not, homosexuals have a social reality. This study aims to determine how a gay front stage and backstage in Pekanbaru.This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach dramaturgy. The informants are a gay man in the city of Pekanbaru. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique based on the cycles Huberman and Miles in the form of data collection, data reduction, organizing data, and conclusions.The results showed that the informant's life as a society on the stage is the results of impression management are designed so that for the sake of the demands of life with life turned informant actually had a sexual deviant behavior.
